How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your Whop customer portal via the link in your confirmation email, or from the app (menu → Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

I was charged but can't log in.

Make sure you're using the email address you subscribed with. If the problem persists, write to support@verticalclap.com with your payment email.

Can I switch plan (Creator → Pro)?

Yes, from the app (menu → Manage subscription). The change is prorated automatically.

Do I own the content I generate?

Yes, entirely. Bibles, scripts, breakdowns — everything you generate with VerticalClap belongs to you and can be used commercially without restriction.
